One home can be listed by several agencies, and they don't always ask the same. These are the ones we could prove are the same property, sorted by the gap between one price and the other. Each photo leads to its listing so you can check.

The search lists them as listings, and one property can have more than one.
Saying that two listings are the same flat names two agencies, so it has to be provable. A pair is only published when both agencies use the same photo —the same image, compared by its fingerprint— or when the two listings are less than 150 metres apart and declare the same floor area within 5 %. Two listings being grouped at the source is not enough: that grouping can lump together different properties of the same type and parish.
